Positive Thinking Affirmations
Have you ever looked at someone who’s happy all the time and wonder why not you? Do you find yourself struggling to stay positive when mostly surrounded by negative? If so, you’re not alone. Many people suffer from negative thinking. Thinking negatively for any amount of time is robbing you of the ideal future that you desire. So what it something simple that you can do to go from negative to positive thinking? Positive thinking affirmations.
Positive thinking affirmations are the quickest way to change your mental state. A positive thinking affirmation is a positive, declarative statement that you repeat to yourself over and over. An example would be: I am happily earning over $100,000 a year. I realize everyone is dealing with difference challenges. The key is to create an affirmation that is opposite of the emotions you are currently experiencing.
Here are the major components of creating a positive affirmation:
Affirmations must be positive
The brain responds differently to a positive command rather than a negative one. I feel happy and great at 138 as opposed to I have got to get rid of this fat. Do you see the difference in how reading the two made you feel? The positive statement makes you feel empowered and the negative statement makes you feel as if you have tried and tried with no result.
Affirmations must be written to evoke emotion within you
What type of emotions would you like to experience instead of your current emotions? Do you want more happiness, peace of mind, love or money? What about feelings of freedom, independence and power? I am the happy owner of Happy Paws Dog Training School. Whatever your dream is, create a positive affirmation that coincides with it.
Writing and mastering the art of affirmations is not difficult if you have the right knowledge. Positive thinking affirmations are absolutely essential to changing your state, your focus, and ultimately getting you to success.
